Amazing attention to detail from the team at First Floors. We received excellent service from initial measurements right through to the fitting on the day. Even a flaw in the carpet sent by the manufacturers was spotted by the team and they advised us not to fit it as it wasnt up to standard so they ordered a new one. It was no fault of theirs and Im glad they were paying such careful attention as we wanted the finished flooring to be perfect, and so did they. We now have a gorgeous new carpet in our hall, and I wouldnt hesitate to shop at First Floors again.
