I went to Run4It, at the weekend, for the first time to get a running analysis for a pair of running trainers and I had a great customer experience.I was given a brief but clear explanation what they would check before suggesting trainers.Once I knew what type of trainers I was looking for I was shown 3 different pairs, encouraged to try them on and have a test and check on the treadmill.At no point during my time in the shop did I feel pressured / expected to buy anything. As I said before it was a great customer experience.
