The staff are very welcoming. It was a lovely experience for my friend Fran who has dementia. Channel the beautician was so gentle and patient with her and did not rush or hurry her "file and polish" process which I appreciated. I could tell she felt quite safe and comfortable . Looking forward to her hair appointment!
Feel every time I visit salon that no matter what I ask for its never a reach too far, colour whether it's from one extreme to another my requested style is always achieved. Looking forward to exploring the pamper treatment menu that's on offer too.x

Karen was lovely and listened to my needs, I went for the express colour as I have a new baby and didnt want to leave her too long! I also explained what I wanted in a cut! In under 2 hrs I got everything I wanted and am very grateful as it was the first time away from my baby! I was also half asleep and a few cups of tea did the trick! Thank you xx
