1. I waited for 25 minutes for my appointment with no explanation or apology.2. (This is the second time that this has happened when I have used this salon for my beauty needs) my party lashes started falling off as soon as I left the salon and got into my car.3. When I called to ask them to fix my now very odd looking lashes the salon was closed. I called at 3pm and the advertised closing time is 4pm. 4. I now have to go to a different salon who have kindly squeezed me in this evening to pay to have the rest of the lashes removed and reapplied.
